Heard both sides.

Petitioner has brought this writ application for a direction to the respondents to make payment of retiral benefits. It was informed on behalf of the respondents that during the pendency of this writ application, entire dues have already been paid.

This Court by way of abundant precaution vide order dated 24.04.2019 directed the petitioner to file a rejoinder

Patna High Court CWJC No.2993 of 2017(14) dt.15-05-2020 2/2 to the effect as to whether petitioner has been paid entire admitted due amount. No such rejoinder has been filed even after lapse of one year.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file representation to the authority concerned, if needed.

Since the petitioner has not complied the aforesaid order dated 24.04.2019, there is no question of grant of any liberty. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
