The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 336 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-354, 376 & 315 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he established physical relationship with the informant on false promise of marriage.

Admittedly, the informant was major at the time of alleged occurrence and she was aware of pros and cons of the aforesaid relationship.

No.8542 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Therefore, consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 336 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
