The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That the Respondents No. 2 & 5 may be directed to remove the encroachment from the public land situated in Mauja- Sher Raghunandan, Thana No. 114, Khata No. 550, Khesra No. 1875 under Baheri Anchal, District- Darbhanga."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Baheri, DistrictDarbhanga, to conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No.14 of 2023-24, by taking the same to its logical conclusion, within a stipulated time frame, preferably,
