No.51594 of 2018, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No.137 of 2013, pending in the Court of Smt. Tanvir Kaur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner will deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
