JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 485 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demand of Rs.5000/- from the complainant and also assaulting him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is a counter case also lodged by the petitioner no.3 and injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80783 of 2018(4) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 485 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
