Petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case no. 79 of 2018 registered under sections 376, 511, 504, 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant filed Complaint Case no. 256 of 2018 on the basis of which present FIR was registered. Omnibus and general allegation is made. Investigating Officer found the case to be true only under sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of attempt of rape is not found true. It is further submitted that petitioner in in jail since 10.07.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for one year five months. Taking into consideration the facts, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
