JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-03-2023 We have been informed that the respondent Ram Sundari Devi expired on 02.11.2019. The legal representatives of her late husband have not been impleaded as parties before the Labour Court where the case was referred. In the present writ petition also the legal representatives have not been brought on record. In view thereof, this Court finds that the award passed by the Labour Court dated 28.04.2020 is in favour of the dead person and the present proceedings would, therefore, also not be maintainable.

At this stage, learned counsel who was appearing for the deceased claimant, wants time to take steps before the concerned Labour Court. He may do so. As far as the present
