2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.4) for payment of retiral dues as claimed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.8319 of 2023 dt.08-08-2023 2/2 paragraph No. 9 of the present writ petition. The petitioner has stated that petitioner is entitled for gratuity, leave encashment and pension. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother is suffering from serious ailment and the petitioner account has also been held non performing assets by the Bank because of non-payment of loan amount on account of home loan and education loan.
3. The sanctioning Authority is directed to call for the records relating to the petitioner so that no further delay is caused for non-availability of the necessary documents in fixing the pension and payment of retiral dues.
4. In case, he finds it proper assistance of the petitioner in that case he must call upon the petitioner to discharge his obligation to expedite the fixation of pension and payment of other retiral dues.
5. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
