JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 308 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant by some heavy articles, causing injuries on his ear. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that dispute arose with petty issue and now both the parties have compromised the matter and moreover the injury is simple in nature.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1551 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 308 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
