The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 307, 353, 337, 338, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that when the police officials conducted raid at the house of Jamun Manjhi then petitioner along with other co-accused persons variously armed surrounded the police officials and started assaulting. Local Chowkidar and Dafadar identified the petitioner and co-accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely

It is also submitted that neither the petitioner was apprehended from spot nor anything incriminating has been recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor. It is also submitted that injury report is not enclosed with the F.I.R. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
