Taking into consideration that the petitioner and others were making preparation to commit cognizable offence and on search, one loaded country-made pistol and four cartridges were recovered and moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
