JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur (Tetia Bamber) P.S.Case No. 302 of 2018 registered under Sections 120B, 420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining the job on forged certificate.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already been dismissed from the job and as such suffered a lot and is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him, if he is enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1519 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit and on the basis of submission made, without being prejudiced by this order, if possible on the same day.
