This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar nature, petitioner is found to be involved in firing upon the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
