State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the Arms Act as one cartridge is said to have been recovered from his possession. He is in jail custody with effect from 10.07.2014.

In the circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 114/14, as besides the present case he is accused in only one another case.
