JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

The cash of rupees one lac of the informant was robbed by the miscreants. The name of petitioner surfaced during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner was identified during test identification parade though one eye witness participated in the test identification parade. The statements to that effect have been made in paras 9 and 10 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13016 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi(G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.
