Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.678 of 2019 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No.106 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 50 litres country made liquor was recovered from the tube kept on the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
