The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498 (A),307, 304(B) of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is no direct allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is in custody since 18-11-2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9340 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 above is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 11/2013.
