Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant as well as the State.

The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 10/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/447/341/323/324/307/302/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of participating in killing of the deceased along with other family members. It has been also pointed out by the learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner has been declared absconder,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43824 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 but the same is being denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

The entire family member of the petitioner including the petitioner has participated in the assault and killing of the deceased and injured other persons.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. The regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered without being prejudiced by the fact that her anticipatory bail application has been dismissed by this Court. The court below shall consider the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail.
