====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 307/34 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 (1) of the Arms Act. He is said to have opened fire as the informant refused to pay the extortion amount.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no injury report on record. Antecedent of the petitioner is not clean as he is accused in two more cases, one for the offences under Section 395 and the other for the offences under the Arms Act. Petitioner above named being in jail custody with effect from 02.06.2014 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46775 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Upadhyay, Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
