The petitioner is not named in the first information report and it is submitted that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and his confessional statement was recorded, on the basis of which, the petitioner was remanded in this case.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri S. C. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate-Supaul.
