The petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2015 in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.71 of 2014 registered under Sections 458, 459, 380 and 34 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the seized mobile set which was recovered from his possession, was neither tested as to be a stolen mobile set nor he was put on test identification parade as the said mobile set was his own mobile set. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since January, 2015, let the petitioner Manoj Kumar Ram be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.71 of 2014.
