Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 for the offence Section 30(a)/41/47 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that total 1100 liters of foreign liquor in the instant case but not from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019.

Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
