Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3074 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(K), (Kha), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 320 liters of country made mahua wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
