The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that from the bag of the petitioner 16 bottles of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30985 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019, Special Case No. 3467 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
