====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 No one appears on behalf of petitioner upon repeated calls.

It transpires from order dated 22.03.2023 that counsel for the petitioner sought one week time to provide the current status of this case pending before trial court. On the request of counsel for the petitioner, one week time was granted with further instruction that if on the next date status report and counter affidavit shall not be provided by the respective parties, then appropriate order shall be passed. It has also been observed

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1345 of 2017(8) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 that the said adjournment dated 22.03.2023 shall be treated as last adjournment in this case.

In this above circumstances, it transpires to the Court that petitioner is not interested to pursue this case, therefore, the present Cr. Writ Petition stands dismissed for default due to non-prosecution.
