The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant has alleged that she had purchased land in two installments from one Rahul Saxena. The land which was purchased earlier was mutated in her name. However, the second purchase could not be effected because the sale was made beyond the competence of aforesaid Rahul Saxena. The petitioner is said to be the mother of aforesaid Rahul Saxena who is alleged to have misbehaved with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79829 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 informant when she had approached her house for rectification of the defect in the sale deed. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
