2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026 registered under Section 80(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that Manita Devi @ Sanju Devi was married to Anoj Manjhi three years ago. On 19.01.2026, the informant received an information that the deceased had hanged herself when the informant reached there, the dead body was lying.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is clear that informant received an information that deceased had committed suicide. It has further been submitted that nature of allegation is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32576 of 2026(2) dt.18-05-2026 2/2 omnibus. Petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased and the husband is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2026.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Sherghati at Gayaji, in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026.
