23-08-2016 Heard Sri Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sada Nand Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 19-03-2016 in Kargahar (Barhari) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act), has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to village politics, the petitioner has falsely been implicated, however; after going through the F.I.R. and material on record, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34861 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 Court considers that it is not a fit case for grant of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
