The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 18.05.2014 and not put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014.
