In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not a case of Section 307 of the I.P.C. though the assault has been made on the head of the victim.

This Court has already applied its mind and has granted anticipatory bail to some of the persons but, refused to grant the same privilege to the present petitioner. This Court does not find any merit in the present
