The petitioners seek bail in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution, the main allegation against the petitioner is of causing murder or dowry death of the deceased, namely, Anuradha Devi, and also of concealing the dead body of the deceased for the purpose of screening the evidence of the alleged offence.

No.15423 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2 / 2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 Praveen Ram is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased , and petitioner no.2 Indu Devi is the wife of Praveen Ram. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased and they are separate in mess and property. It has been further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 29-1-2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners' names have appeared in course of investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners Praveen Ram and Indu Devi be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 115 of (Sudhir Singh, J) BK.Roy/- U T
