Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). I. For issuance of direction/writ in the nature of mandamus specially Respondent no. 2 and 3 to institute a committee for conducting an enqyiry the financial irregularity conducted during implementation of "Nal Jal Yojana' and Sath Nischay Yojana" in Khutaha Purbi Panchayat, District- Lakhisarai, whereas the both "Vikash Yojana" were not implemented in the said panchayat and the amount been withdrawn by the concerned officer in connivance with the Mukhiya of the panchayat.

II. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities specially respondent no.5 to institute an F.I.R. against the persons who were found guilty in disbursement of the amount under both schemes. III. For disposal of representation / public petition dated 04.01.2020, 28.11.2019 and 20.07.2019 whereby the villagers represented before the respondent no.5 for proper

For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities for compliance of direction issued by Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 22.12.2020 in C.W.J.C. No. 5396 of 2020 whereby and where under the Hon'ble High Court directed to considered the representation of the petitioner pertaining to the implementation of Nal Jal Yojana and Sath Nischaya Yojana within a period of two months but in spite of filing of representation no action has been taken by respondent authorities V. For any other relief or reliefs as prayed." It is submitted by Mr.

Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents that he has received oral instruction that pursuant to the representation filed by the petitioner as contained in Annexure-3, action has been taken by the authorities and Enquiry Committee has been constituted to inquire into the allegations as made by the petitioner in his representation and enquiry will be concluded at the earliest and as soon as report is submitted, further action will be taken by the competent authority.
