The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 242 of 2014, but considering the statement made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12157 of 2015 (02) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 petitioner is accused in 14 other cases, the learned court below will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
