01-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have committed torture and cruelty with informant for dowry. It is further alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner forcibly ousted informant on 12.09.2020 from her matrimonial home.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no such occurrence has taken place. Petitioner has never demanded any dowry. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43750 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021.
