The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 85 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121 (A), 124(A) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and C.L.A. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was inside the jail called or arranged a meeting of naxelites. Many persons were found roaming around the jail. On seeing the police, they fled away. Bombs were recovered.

It is submitted that there is no evidence to show that the petitioner called or arranged any meeting. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2013.
