The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three stolen motorcycle were recovered from Khalihan of one Pintu Yada and it is alleged that petitioner along with three other persons brought these motorcycles for sale.

It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner or from his premises. Petitioner was not apprehended from the place of recovery and he claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34369 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
