During course of trap Chandan Kumar, Assistant Engineer, Electricity Supply Division was apprehended while accepting bribe of Rs. 20,000/- and during course thereof, it has been alleged that petitioner who happens to be driver of a private vehicle hired by the Electricity Department to be used for departmental work, acted as a middleman to facilitate the same. Taking into account the status of the petitioner inconsonance with the period of detention since 13.10.2014, petitioner, Abhimanyu Prasad @ Mannu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge,
