JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 03.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. The accusation of demand of dowry and torture are specifically levelled in the First Information Report against the husband of the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not named in the First Information Report but his name subsequently sprang up during investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9588 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 428 of 2014.
