JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the Memo No. 5602, dated 24.05.2016, whereby he has been put under suspension in contemplation of departmental inquiry.
Learned counsel submits that on very vague and general allegations, the petitioner has been put under suspension. I find that this writ application, seeking quashing of the order of suspension, is premature, as there is still sometime for initiating proceeding against the petitioner. In case no charges are framed or any proceeding is initiated against the petitioner within
Patna High Court CWJC No.10138 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 the period of three months from the date of order of suspension, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same. With the observation aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
