1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Anand Ojha and the learned AC to SC-16 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, at the outset, submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnor/ opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 16.01.2025 in CWJC No. 5307 of 2024.

3. It is submitted that the order dated 16.01.2025 in CWJC No. 5307 of 2024 stands complied.

4. The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application, as such, the instant contempt application stands dismissed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U
