This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with G.R. (POCSO) No. 35/2023 arising out of Muffasil (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 143/2023 registered under Section 354(A), 379, 341, 325, 504, 147 of Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant and his wife. He also submits that the petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34250 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 custody since 12.04.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with G.R. (POCSO) No. 35/2023 arising out of Muffasil (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 143/2023.
