JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner surfaced in this case. Learned Additional Session Judge has referred several paragraphs of the case diary to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime but learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that this court having perused the case diary granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Chandan Kumar, who happens to be son of the petitioner. It is further contended by him that except suspicion I.O could not succeed to collect any material against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13844 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Teragacch P.S.case No. 48 of 2014, Gr.
