The petitioners seek bail in Nardignaj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2012 corresponding to S.Tr. No. 216 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147,,148,149,302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners have earlier moved before this Court and this Court vide order dated 21.03.2014 rejected the bail of the petitioners. It is the second attempt. This Court had sought report about the status of the case. The report shows that the witnesses have been examined but the counsel for the informant submits that all the prosecution witnesses including the stage of 313 Cr. P.C is over.

In such view of the matter, the Court below is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7771 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 pass a final order in the matter within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Prakash/- U
