The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jankinagar P.S. Case No.01 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his minor daughter went out the house to attend the call of nature but she did not return. Sanjeet Kumar was saying that he would kidnap the minor daughter of the informant. The informant informed the family members of Sanjeet Kumar but they did not pay any heed and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father, mother, brother and co-villagers of Sanjeet Kumar. They have not kidnapped the victim. Sanjeet Kumar and the daughter of the informant were having love affairs and they fled away but the entire family members of Sanjeet Kumar have been made accused.
Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father, mother, brother and co-villagers of Sanjeet Kumar, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.01 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U T
