This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for committing wilful disobedience to the order dated 15.12.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.110 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submitted that during pendency of the application the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The order dated 15.12.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.110 of 2015 has been fully complied with. He submitted that in this regard a show cause is likely to

Patna High Court MJC No.1626 of 2017(6) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 be filed day-after-tomorrow. However, the copy of the show cause yet to be filed has already been served upon the counsel for the petitioner.

Having gone through the contents of the show cause specially the statement made in paragraph-4 of the show cause, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though he has no instruction from his client, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the application is disposed of, as no case for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out.
