Patna High Court CWJC No.9123 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the learned court of Additional District Judge, Sitamarhi to decide the injunction petition of the petitioners, filed in Title Suit No. 55/2017, however, after some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the court concerned for appropriate relief. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
