2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420/34 IPC, Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 and under Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 registered in connection with Akorhigola P.S.Case No. 270 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no seizure from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the duplicate gulab jal said to have been seized from his shop and from the house of one Shankar Choudhary.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
