JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, it is said that petitioner confessed his guilt leading recovery of some computer parts from the house of the petitioner but petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2014 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesaria P.S.Case No. 232 of 2014.
