The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 117/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/323/341/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

No.42783 of 2021(6) dt.11-03-2022 2/3 It has been submitted by Shri Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners that the opposite party No. 2 is staying with the husband Vikash Kumar and, therefore, Vikash kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.
Considering the fact that these petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the opposite party No. 2, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 117/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the Court below shall verify the fact from the opposite party No. 2 that everything is alright between the parties and she is residing with her husband and if it is found that she is staying with the husband Vikash Kumar, the bail bonds of the petitioners be
