JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 504/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with iron rod causing fracture injury on the hand of the brother-in-law of the informant.

Though the injury has been found to be grievous but considering the period under custody and the statement in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehasi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
